Interview Method
The S.T.A.R method (Situation, Task, Actions, Results) will be used for the interview process. Corporations and Universities are beginning to use this method more frequently and it allows students to highlight their achievements in a quantifiable way.

Prior to the workshop, we will provide students with materials to familiarize themselves with this method, as well as sample questions.

Follow-up for Students
Within 1 week post-interview, students will be provided a comprehensive debrief, to include feedback, links and interview resources, as well as contact information to connect.
